How to Use
Step 1The insoles that came in your shoes are probably removable — take them out first.
Step 2Place your Adapts To You insoles into the shoe, fabric side up, to test for size. If needed, trim the insole along the outline (on the bottom of the insole near the toes) that matches your shoe size.
Step 3Ensure the insole lays flat against the bottom of your shoe, especially in the toe area. If it doesn’t fit without bunching, continue to trim as needed.
Insoles will mold to your foot within 7 days of daily use. Replace insoles every six (6) months or at the first signs of wear.
