FAQs
What is the difference between each of the Custom Fit® Comfort Insoles?
Each Custom Fit Comfort Insole is designed to match your unique foot size and arch type.
How long does it take to get a recommendation?
No time at all! Choose your arch type and shoe size and immediately get your recommendation. Don’t know your arch type? Refer to our Arch Finder instructional video and take the wet test.
What kind of shoes do they fit in?
The inserts are designed to fit virtually any shoe (sneakers, casual shoes, work shoes), but may be too thick or wide for snug-fitting shoes as they are built with substantial arch support and ample cushioning. Remove your shoe’s current insoles and replace with the custom insert, fabric side up. In the rare case the insert needs trimming, use the existing insole as a guide.
How long do they last? How often should I replace them?
They are made with highly durable materials. Under normal use, we expect them to last from 6 months to a year. If used frequently, we recommend replacing them every six months or at the first signs of wear.
Can I reorder the same number I was recommended?
Yes, unless your arch type or shoe size has changed. If an extended period has passed, we recommend retaking the wet test to confirm your arch type.
Do they have an adhesive backing?
No. They are designed to stay in place without an adhesive and can be switched between different pairs of shoes.
Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied?
They are backed with a 90-day Money Back Guarantee. Please see our Money Back Guarantee page for details.
Are they FSA or HSA eligible?
Yes, they are both FSA and HSA eligible. Check your plan to determine which expenses are covered.
What conditions do they help treat?
They are clinically proven to help eliminate and prevent foot discomfort caused by shoes, including tired achy feet, arch discomfort, achy heels and sore feet.
Do they contain latex?
Dr. Scholl’s® Custom Fit® Comfort Insoles are latex-free.
Who do I contact with questions?
Please contact Consumer Relations at 1-866-360-3226.

How to Use Your Full Length Insoles
Why it Works
When you are on your feet all day, daily activity and impacts to your feet can cause the muscles in your feet and legs to become fatigued. This leads to what most people call tired, achy feet and legs that slows you down — most likely to occur when you lack arch support and when shock disrupts efficient muscle work. Lack of proper cushioning can also lead to unevenly distributed foot pressure that causes daily foot discomfort.
Dr. Scholl’s® Custom Fit® Comfort Insoles can help! Customized for your feet using your arch type and shoe size, they provide the optimal amount of comfort and support. They relieve pressure and deliver more targeted arch support versus one-size-fits-all insoles, and help prevent shock and stress from traveling up the body.
